Everybody Ought to Know

Many versions of this sweet song have been handed down over time, but Harry Loes is usually credited with originating it. While it might seem like a simple children’s song, the words give us a lot to consider.

“He’s the Lily of the valley, He’s the bright and morning star, He’s the fairest of ten thousand.” These three descriptive phrases refer to Scripture describing our wonderful Lord and Savior. HE is someone everybody ought to know.
